  • Nessel Energy’s construction manager has two dozen years of experience in property management and construction having worked with Liberty Property Trust, Colony Capital, Blackstone and several other public and private investment companies.  His management oversight spans 15 million square feet of office, flex and industrial space throughout the northeast.  
  • Throughout the solar installation project, we view tenant correspondence as critical to reducing any negative feedback whether from parking and/or building access issues. 
  • Communication is not for tenants only. We perform weekly construction meetings with live updates for the building owner and property management company in order to answer questions, set expectations and keep all parties well informed.  
  • Recognizing there will be some possible on site disruption, the Nessel Energy team provides critical dates well in advance of any building shut downs, parking lot closure or material delivery and building access detours.  
  • Nessel Energy also looks after the roof itself. We minimize building impacts by maintaining the roof warranty, specifying non-penetrating installations and ensuring that electrical equipment can handle on-site electricity. 
  • Once installed, our site managers regularly inspect each project, schedules on-going maintenance and communicates with property contacts to address any issues.
